From Thursday 16th - Sunday 19th of May, join us at the delightful Tregedna Lodge near Falmouth, Cornwall.

Sue, Kathryn and Tara are excited to invite you along to our BeKarma retreat. Between us we have heaps of fitness, yoga and retreat hosting experience. You’re in good hands. We’ll look after everything - just bring yourselves and your workout kit.

Tregedna Lodge is just a hop and a skip from Maenporth beach. If the sun is shining, or even nearly shining, we’ll definitely get down to the beach… maybe some sea swimming or sunrise yoga?

In the beautiful barn conversion we’ll have space to relax. There will, of course, be yoga and guided relaxation on the menu, plus some other unexpected activities!

The big outdoor spaces we have available means we’ll definitely be getting out there for a bit of adult PE. Luckily we know some people with a lot of fitness equipment so perhaps some circuits in the sun?

2024 will hopefully bring a sea swim followed by a beach sauna AND aerial yoga - subject to weather and availability, we’re very excited to include them on our programme.

There will be plenty of yummy food. We’ve got the lovely Tara prepped for some treats, plus a menu that will keep you topped up and feeling excellent. Accommodation is in the Tregedna Lodge hostel - it’s cosy and comfy but is definitely no frills. There’s a 2 person, 6 person and 8 person dorm room with bunk beds, and a room with a double and a further 2 bunks. Bathrooms are shared, but plentiful. There’s also a big kitchen upstairs, which we’ll use for meal prep but you’ll be welcome to use as well if you’re after a brew or a snack.

What’s cool about the accommodation? Well, it allows us to keep the weekend price really low at £415 per person, all inclusive.

This isn’t a bootcamp. You won’t be hungry. Everything is optional. There will be wine if you’d like some. This is a weekend for having fun, kicking back, getting in your body and hanging out with friends, old and new.
